Happiness

Happiness is more of a mental state than a physical state. Realization of this definition of happiness is the first step in the direction to seek happiness in a true sense.

How to be happy?

Many books, newspaper articles, websites provide reams and reams of information on this interesting and important topic.

There are some golden rules to follow if one is trying to reach the state of happiness:
  • Never regret your past actions, learn from it though.
  • Never worry about the future, plan for it though.
  • Never compare oneself with others, get inspired though.
  • Never expect anything from others, do the best for others though.
  • Get into action mode and not keep planning forever, don't take actions until one has a reasonable plan in place though.
